May be I'll play short campaign... But I'll need to mod the game in order to play with the Byzantine Empire or Sicily.

i was thinking of doing some cutome battles to test the AI in battle just to go in there fight some armies. after that start a campaign with the holy roman empire. one thing i will never do is let the french live they will be first to die! i hate french. i am going to put paris to the torch! ha ha ha ha ha!

Start a Easy/Super Easy/Easiest difficulty campaign as the English to find out what's new then quit after a decade or so and start a proper campaign as the HRE on a harder difficultly.

Do a campaign as Venice and rule the world with my evil diplomats and rich coffers.Then go and kill the Papal Faction.Finally, do a custom batte betwwen Aztecs and Muslims in northern Europe during a winters night.

But if it will actually run, I will probably first go and investigate the map editor tool and start creating an historical battle

Hah. I tried that with R:TW but the box was winning until I figured out to remove the cellophane wrapping.

Actually, that is the first thing I'll do: remove the cellophane wrapper. It's part of the ritual of a new game and there's a certain physical pleasure to be derived from it. Kinky, I know, but there we are...
