Smile Medieval II Total War, Modding or Playing

After seeing the demo, some of you might be dissinterested in M2TW. How many of you are going to buy the game for Modding purposes, and how many for actually playing it?

I voted playing it because that's what I'm most excited about doing.

But I suspect I will do a fair bit of both.

Playing the game for sure but maybe after a while i may put some hand on the factions and unlock them(only the playable because its my opinon that if you play with the unplayable you ruin the game),but i am not sure if this is moding the game...

I'll be getting the game in the first place to actually play it (you know, you buy a game to play it, one way or the other ...). But, once a realism mod hits the scene, I'll be giving that a whirl too.

I voted "Gah!", as I have yet to see if I'll even buy the game.

I'll play it to see what the features are like before modding.

I voted Gah! because there was no "Both" option.

This was for which you were looking forward to more, Modding or Playing

I will most probably play very little of the vanilla version but instead I will play lots of Mods, so I don't know what to put down...

Well you phrased it whether we buy it for playing or modding, not which we look forward to more. The answer's Gah! nonetheless because I look forward to both equally.

I voted modding but only because there wasn't a both option. I'll play it of course but there's a mod I want to do and after a while its the mods that add more fun to the game or take it in a direction you want to play it. Never really stopped over the last 2 years with RTW and so I assume the same here.

If I get the game I'll probably merely play it, as my modding abilities are limited to editing a .text file.

If and when the better mods come out, the total conversion ones, I'll give them a try. But no modding myself.
