Go to Google, a popular search engine, and type in GIMP.

and how can I edit 3-D Models (i.e. what out there does work). I've worked with COW and 3DM files b4, but never CAS.

Look in the Scriptorium for many interesting tutorials on how to edit cas files including the programme used to make them.

To find the Scriptorium click on the RTW Modification link in the tree at the top of the screen and then click on Scriptorium.
