    If you're talking about the round image that shows after you select the faction you want to play in RTW and then click the arrow, those are all located in:

    (your RTW)\data\loading_screen\symbols

    Icons like these, only smaller, are here:

    (your RTW)\data\menu\symbols\fm_buttons (24 & 48)

    I think Dol Guldur meant the one that appears when you launch the shortcut for the game ( or at least that's the one I'd like the answer to...... ) :
