    Two Carthaginians are standing around Italy when one turns to the other and asks, "Hey, do you know how you can tell how cold it is outside?"

    The second Carthaginian responds, "Nope. How can you tell how cold it is outside?"

    Then the first Carthaginian says, "Well, you need two things: a Gaesata and a ruler."
