Modding Tool Question

Don't know if this is the right place to ask this but....


Months ago, a .org member gave me a link to tyhis 30 day trial of this one prgoram that is used to Mod Units and such, at that time I had 56K, and could not get it (300 MB I thouht :-( )

Now I got 8-11MB cable, and like to know if anyone knows what I'm talknig about and could give me the link??
