Default Shogun TW Gold edition reboots computer

    Hi guys,

This is a really cool place. I've been rummaging looking for a solution when I stumbled upon this site. I just bought Shogun TW Gold Edition. Every time I fight the first battle, my computer reboots. Needless to say, the tease of playing the game to one battle then "poof" my computer is being rebooted is quite frustrating. In general terms, it's ticking me off! lol Anyways, I've got 2.4 GZ cpu, 500 meg ram, 250 meg video card and Windows XP. Does anyone have a solution? Any help would be appreciated!

    Welcome to the .org.

So, campaign map runs fine, battle map crashes?
Well, I don't think we've had that problem before.

What windows version, what graphic card, Nvidia?
What kind of desktop resolution and battlefield resolution?

    Welcome to the .org!

Sounds tough.. good luck in solving that!

Oh btw, you can play campaigns by having the battles 'resolved by the computer'. That way you should be able to play a campaign as well. But still you need to solve this problem.. the game is 1000 times cooler with the battles!
