Roman Gatling Gun

I actually made this unit some time back to use it myself, but I thought that maybe somebody else would like to enjoy some unrealistic slaughter on the battlefield since the release date of METW2 is closing in.

The Gatling gun is a machine gun which is only available to the Julii faction. It doesn't make any sound as it shoots or anything like that, but it is quite funny to play with. It has to be set to "fire at will" to be able to shoot, and can only be recruited in the city of Rome

If anybody wants to make any changes to it (like adding firing effects, or changing recruitment limitations), or incorporate the unit into another mod for RTW, you are welcome to do so, but please make a link to it here, so that it is available to everyone. I have already made the unit playable with Terrae Expugnandae 5.0 (like a mod for the mod).

Any response is welcome, but if you want changes to the unit, feel free to do it yourself because I don't have the time anymore (sorry

).

Well, u got the picture of the Gatling gun itself, but the problem is that I have uninstalled the game, so I can't realy give you any "screenies". But everybody who installs this game are welcome to post some "screenies" on this thread.

Wanna know something interesting about the roman "Gatling Gun?"
It's not so Roman!

Actually a device like this, except for it firing single bolts/arrows at a time in rapid succession using chain links and a feeding trough from above which "fed' the machine, was developed under the auspices Dionysius I of Syracuse who was a tyrant or ruler of Syracuse.

Probably Archimedes made it, but I might be wrong!

Anyway, interesting.
