    For that GeForce4MX card of your, the "best" drivers for MTW from NVdia are version 61.76, available from their archive here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_61.76.html for WinXP/2000
    or here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/win9x_61.76.html for Win9x.

    I also recommend you download and use Driver Cleaner Pro from this website: http://www.drivercleaner.net/
    It cleans any remnants of the existing drivers before you install replacement ones. Follow their instructions carefully and you shouldn't have any problems with the new (old) drivers or MTW.
