    Question Preventing Screen captures

Is there anyway when hosting pictures to prevent them from benig downloaded through a screencapture?

I've already put them in a flash file, but that doesn't prevent people from using print screen, or specialised programs to download the pictures...

    Thanks in advance.

The usual solution is to post either a watermarked or small-rez file on the public site, and make the full-resolution image only available to subscribers. At least, I know that's how most stock photo agencies do it. I'm not aware of any workaround for a full-resolution image. If they can see it, they can grab it.

Well.. Simply, to view a thing it needs to be DL-ed on your PC (Somehow).. So, I can't see how you are going to do that..
"Cry, the beloved country, for the unborn child that is the inheritor of our fear. Let him not love the earth too deeply. Let him not laugh too gladly when the water runs through his fingers, nor stand too silent when the setting sun makes red the veld with fire. Let him not be moved when the birds of his land are singing, nor give too much of his heart to a mountain or a valley. For fear will rob him of all if he gives too much."

Flash file does not give away the picture file, right ?

Not necessarily true. A clever user can "print" from flash, thus capturing the full image. Sorry.

If you want to prevent a user from being able to "Print" just add '!#p' to the Frame name in the properties inspector of the frame where the image is. This will disable the abilty to "Print" in the resulting .swf.
