I have also preordered from play.com and saw the processing it this afternoon, after that my order has mysteriously disappeared though and doesn't show up in my Outstanding Order oder Order History. I hope I will soon get an e-mail saying that it has been posted and have it reappear on my account page.

Just a quick question: Play.com would send some kind of e-mail if I had accidentally canceled my order? I'm a little worried because I can't check the status right now. Hope everything went well!

Unfortunately it'll take some time to travel from the Channel all the way to Germany. I'm still waiting for my Dawn of War Anthology, which has been posted last Friday and still hasn't arrived.

To be fair, as long as I can play it by Friday I am not overly fussed, Play.com are a good company for getting it to you either before or on the release date with any other games I've ordered from them so I have faith.

Its jsut puzzling that my order has completely disappeared from the face of the earth, it said it was being packed, now its vanished, I'm pretty sure that means that it should appear on order history, however it doesn't.

Jut confused as to whats happened, as I'm pretty sure my accounts been charged too.

Same here with play.com my order dissappeared and then I tried to reorder and got the msg that they do not send this product outside the U.K !!!! So I proceeded to game.uk.co and ordered the collectors edition instead

If the other one arrives....then I´ll just have to give it to someone for christmass :)

I expect I'll end up weakening on the 10th and buying a copy from the local GAME if the preordered copy hasn't arrived. I can add the cost of that to the graphics card & power supply I've already bought this week in a failed attempt to upgrade my pc. Expensive game this....

Why pre-order to get the game late? It will be widely available on release day so pre-ordering is just not worth it

I agree totally. Saturday is tooo late. If my game is not here Friday morning (after booking the day off and pre-ordering in July) then I'm off to GAME to buy a copy and play can have theirs back the second it arrives with a rather nasty letter and a pledge never to darken their doors again

Because its cheaper than in the shops and it means I dont have to waste a holiday on going to the shops to buy a computer game...
