Isn't this copyright infringement?

If this was in a normal forum I am sure that you would be told off for breaking forum rules and regulations.

Way i see it, if these people released their movies/series on DVD at reasonable prices instead of £29.99 (Or$40) then poor people (such as myself) wouldn't have to watch them on these sites instead of buying them.
