ZOR system

can someone please explain the ZoR_system page in the data folder to me? in a mod im helping to create, we want to include zone of recruitments for units such as legions. if someone could please explain this file, if it is even the file, to me so i know hot to create Zone of Recruitments?

There is no ZoR file, folder or system in vanilla RTW or BI.

the first complex version released to the public was done by RTR and they named it ZOR... i think

edit: and there kinda was a 'system' in vanilla, there was restrictions for spartan hoplites... although that isn't very complex

Actually, the hidden resource "sparta" counts as ZoR, is it not?

Yes it is an area-restricted unit, but there is no file or folder for ZoR nor can the spartan hidden resource be described as a system. It's just simply a HRU.
