I really don't think that we should start until there is someone playing as Russia.

true...need a human player for at least most of the major factions...

note: I may do poorly at first as I am somewhat confused at what to do here.

i'll take the bait and play as russia...

i believe the armies were led by (Tsar) Nicolas II and Aleksei Brusilov

strengths: large amount of people to call upon to fight
weaknesses: social/political trouble at home coupled with a bad economy means a bad support for the war effort

my allies are serbia, the brits and the french,
my enemies are all those bad people in between us

I'm new to these things? Can someone(maybe Csar) explain what I have to do to begin with, I'm sure I'll quickly get the hang of it.

Alright let me see if I can explain this somewhat. Alright first off you should do some research of your country during this period(WW1) find out some of their strengths and weaknesses, Leaders, allies, etc. Then post it here.

Second look through the options you have that Warluster posted and choose one. Then PM him your selection along with anything else you want to do (read the options in Warluster's first post and make sure its reasonible)

If you have anymore questions just post them here and I'll answer them or Warluster will I'm sure.

Do we compose our armies now or later? And how do we compose our armies?

From what understand it's when you have a battle. Choose from the troops Warluster posted a while ago for Austria-Hungary.

Oh and hows it going my esteemed ally.
