    Default Question about MTW2 titles!

So CA took the feature out that let you bestow titles on anyone you want right? Well what about family members? Could you make charachters duke of such and such or Grand Admiral of the Fleet?

Do the Byzantine positions of Grand Admiral of the fleet, Count of the Stables, Count of the Army,Chamberlain of the Palace, Patriarch of Constantinople still exist in the game?
Just out of curiosity have titles been completely abolished? For example can an general earn the position of "constable of the army" as a trait (like in RTW:BI) instead of it being bestowed upon them like in the original?

I haven't seen the old MTW titles yet. The only thing I got was a "crusader" trait, but that is hardly a trait. I need some more gaming time to find if the title feature is completely abolished.

But in the English campaign that I finished yesterday, I didn't see any Title traits except the crusader one.

I remember a thread about this a month ago or so. There are no titles ala MTW1 - it's all done like it is in BI. If your characters are in towns with certain buildings (so they said, anyway) then you can get some titles.

I'm not sure why they removed this as it was one of my absolute favorite things about MTW1 and really distinguished the characters. Having the Duke of York and the Archbishop of Canterbury in the battlefield was a great touch.

I hope it's on the list for them to add in the future.
