Flaming flaming arrows

With Rome my game slowed to a crawl because of the accursed flaming arrows - now the same thing happens again! Any way I can at least turn the graphics off for this element?

I don't think you can seperately. Well maybe in some of the files.

Via the options menu, you could try turning the effects down in the graphics option. You'll miss out on a lot of other effects, but maybe it goes low enough to turn the flaming arrows off
