Thread: Princesses - fogetaboutit

    Default Princesses - fogetaboutit

I dont even bother using my princesses for diplomacy because it seems every time I send one to go talk to somebody, she is automatically married to one of my new male family members before she even gets there. They are almost useless as diplomats because of this.

Just be careful accepting "marriage proposals". The second row of the proposal has the name of the potential wife. Make sure it's NOT your princess :)

I may be wrong but it seems they are automatically married to your male family members... you dont get the choice.

Well, I know it asks you sometimes if you want to accept a promising male into your family. But if your king, or any of your family members have a son, I think your princess is automatically married to him.

    That'd be incest.
Not to say that it doesn't happen, but in my games, the princesses are always possible brides for generals outside my family, and the sons marry local noble girls.

Look at the name of the bride-to-be - if she has a surname, she's a noble girl outside your family. If she only has a first name, she's of your family.
