can someone explain me this?

a french princess came to my town where is my single prince, and she does a little animation like to propose my prince

but actually nothing happens...there is no info of proposal or something like that

she has done the same thing for 5-6 turns...i even built a chapel, I thought maybe thats the reason for them not to marry

then I got pissed off, and simply killed her with assassin
