I would of yore been quite thick skinned on any issue.

The primary issue isn't the posters.

I took a post as apersonal attack.

I was going to do the sensible thing and ask another moderator to deal with.

I did not, because I choose not to. ^ -1 ,

My sense of humour has diminished to the point that I don't feel like guiding with a light touch.

Should only be used in moderation and not as a lashing out. I choose to be seduced by the darkside.

My abilities as a moderator as such are effected.

My personal enjoyment of this site are still great. When I look at the community that has been established and the overall feelings of warmth it is nice to see.

But I cannot handle the trolls any longer with kid gloves. That is my issue and as such my choice is to resign and take a long holiday .

I'll enjoy more time with the wife and kid
