I love the look of the Venetian units, especially the Miltia Cavalry. The Sicilian Norman Knights are also great, and dismounted English knights/armoured swordsmen.

Well, in the preview videos, the Russian axemen looked pretty cool (you know, those with shiny face shields)

Zweihänders in battle are eyecandy...plus: I love the bombard animations with all the smoke & earthquaking....hell yes....

Oh how I love the Danes. Some of my favourite battles as the English have been against full stack Danish armies at Antwerp... those guys hold a grudge. And the Moorish urban milita are pretty awesome too, love battling it out with them in the deserts, along with most of their other units. Oo, and can't forget the English retinue longbowmen, some nice looking and deadly soldiers.
