Rate the M2TW Music

It won't let me export the selection; the option is greyed out for every format.

I'm not sure what the reason for this is.

I've tried with my program and attempted to reproduce a scenario in which I will not be given the option to export, but it's not happening. I can export at any time. I would like to elaborate on step 3. You hold left click down and mouse over a portion of the file.
