Anybody planning a kill speed mod?

Although they've been reduced a bit from RTW, the kill speeds in MTW2 are still too high in my opinion. So high, actually, that it's pretty much spoiling the fun of the 3-d battles for me.
So, I was wondering - is anybody planning a kill speed mod?

I know we have to wait for the unpacking tool - but it would be nice to know that a couple of brilliant modders are sitting out there just waiting to address this problem.

When RTW was released it only took a few hours before everybody was talking about reducing the kill and movement speeds. This time I can't find a single post about the issue...
Surely I am not the only one who thinks the kill speeds are still (much) too high...?!
