City viewing (not in the game)

hi all,

In RTW there was a nice little "View Settlement" button on the Settlement info scroll which allowed you to fly around your city and take in the atmosphere without having to worry about fighting a battle.

That button has gone, but I'm wondering if that ability exists somewhere hidden?

I had thought for sure that this would return! No civil wars and now, no city viewing! What has the world come to?
