Default Any way to listen to sound files?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew a way you can open up certain sound files and where they are. I wanted to use some of the music and stuff to make something. In paticular when you lose a battle and you hear the monks in the defeat screen. Any help is appreciated a lot thanks

In RTW, Vercingetorix came up with a genius tool that allowed you to extract the sound .idx files, and converting them to .mp3 files.

Unfortunately, I believe that M2TW has its files encoded in a different format that has not yet been figured out, although CA has said that the patch would vastly help if I recall correctly.
