Regarding a "Steppe Warrior" mod

Hi All!

I have an idea and a proposition to make.

I would LOVE to see a "Steppe Warrior" based mod, some units would be:
Mongols
Kipchaks
Turks
Magyars
Arabs
Christian faction-Western European
The Chinese
Mamluks
Ottoman Empire
Tartars
Persians
ETC.

One problem: I can't mod! AHHHHHH.......

Does anyone feel the same? It's a shame to see that such a powerful grouping of warrior nomads, who wrecked havoc in the middle east, china and west are overlooked! Stupid in my opinion

Let me know what can be done, if anyone's interested.
