Can agent movies be turned back on?

Hi there, I was just wondering if, after one selects the option that turns off the spy/assasin animated cutscenes, is there a way to turn them back on? I turned them off in my current game just to save some time, figuring I would surely be able to turn them back on if I want lol. Havent been able to find any in-game options for this, is there a way to maybe edit the preferences file or something?

My guess is that in the main game directory in

medieval2.preference.cfg

If you go down to the [video] section, and change the values for the various movies to "1" then they will play. Do this with the game exited though.
