BI - Invading York bug?

Hi,

Playing as Saxons, invading York, the game crashes every time I get the city on my current game; but the attacking force is only mercenaries, not one general or Saxon unit - is this why it's crashing? Anyone else experience this?

In playing the game lots of times, this is the only crash I've experienced :(

Probably a corrupt file. You may have to play from an earlier save.

Do you save VERY often? This tend to corrupt the game file and makes RTW all screwy. This problem is present in all TW games. I think you may have access to the RTW forums. Ask there.

Thanks for the reply....hope you're wrong though!! I only save when I'm finished for the session, and I tend to overwrite too.....it is only a game, and I can restart - but I hope I don't have to this time, it's the first Saxon game I've looked like winning!
