Jean-Andoche Junot, Duke of Abrantes, I guess.
He was a commrade of Napoleon since the battle of Toulon in 1793. He seemed to be a skilled commander and a hard occupier. You will find a lot of links in Google. However, I know nothing about this fight.
He was wounded twice at his head and he went insane and did suicide.
