The Ultimate Mongol killing army

After much experimentation in custom battles, i have come up with the ultimate Mongol killing army.

You need to be the Russians, and have an army of the following:

1 Bodyguard
5 Tzars Guard
6 Dvor
8 Dismounted Dvor

This army will tear apart anything, let alone the Mongols. The sheer amount of missiles you get from the Dvor are more than enough to deal with the Mongol horse archers. The Tzars Guard are counters to the Mongol lancers. And the bonus of Dvor is that they are pretty damn good in melee as well.

Good to know. I was just using a mix of Dvor and Tzar's guard mostly. The Bodyguard normally had little problems. The thing that is not a plus when fighting the mongols is that you rarely have the oppurtunity to tak prisoners. To get prisoners from the mongols, I try to have a missle/missle skirmish and then bring a 2 Tzar's guad around back, to seal off their escape.
