Best artillery ?

In my French campaign I experienced ballistae, catapults, trebuchets, bombards, great bombards, couleuvrine, serpentine, basilic.
I also found, around Hambourg, a mercenary multi-barreled canon unit which could shoot a salva of 6 cannonballs quickly: awesome !
I'm also pretty excited about testing the Turkish giant cannon.
Are there other pieces of exotic artillery to discover ?

Depends what you want it for really. I did a few bridge battles using various bits and pieces and i found that serpentines where the best vs large troop formations. Ribaults and monster ribaults can be good but they seem to have a pretty short range. Both of those aren't very good vs buildings though. I also know the mongol rocket artillery can do some damage...
