Staff = in the first place the moderator concerned, and if you can't sort it out, one of the other moderators of that particular forum or you can always adress yourself to the Big Boss Tosa. If you still can't come to an agreement, you have 2 possibilities: a) accept or b) leave).

BTW: Davye - FYI, there's no "piss" allowed in the M2TW forum. We don't have a centrally approved list of "acceptable" or "unacceptable" swearwords at the Org. Each moderator uses their own judgement. Mine is a zero tolerance policy. Just so you know.
