    the british have just finished paying off the loan owed to the u.s. after WWII, but they still have debt from WWI and the Napoleonic wars that probably won't get paid.

    Now, if Total War series told us anything, U.S. would have to make sure their "vassals" were paying up. Yes, vassal is the right word to describe Blair.

    Now, where's the money the UK is owed? It's about time the French started paying anyone!
