What about the other non selected avatars ? will be used them too or just a selection of them that more likely fit into Org theme? If so Can I use my Conanish themed Avatar?

I've been in contact with the forum admins and we're slowly grabbing many (not all, but many) of the avatars that meet the basic requirements (border, size, portrait). Soon, soon!

I believe Tamur is working on making a number of the other avatars available for use. (The avatars will be ones that fit into the Org "theme", as you put it.)

There's probably going to be quite a few of them, so we should have a pretty good selection. (There were a *lot* of great entries--it was pretty difficult for the judges to decide the winners.)

EDIT: Never mind, Tamur beat me to it.
