Suggest that you extract the downloads to a temporary folder, and then copy and paste the results to their destination (saying yes to all overwrites). The Beta 5 goes in your new main game folder, and the maps in the Battle\Maps folder.

Added this simply because this is where most of the problems happen.

I have experienced both, and know that others have too.

Whether it is Windows or Winzip causing the trouble I don’t know. But the fact is the with all of the destination addresses correct, the software does not always deliver where you specify. Not sure where it goes, but it is not where you sent it

Avoid the possible problems by extracting to a temporary folder that you create right next to the download you are extracting from. Then you will be able to “see” the extraction isolated from the eventual target (your new game’s main folder or maps folder). Open the extracted-too folder, select all and copy, then find the destination folder, open it and paste the extraction in it.

Yea, but the patch screwwed up but....

YAY, I got it to Work, Finailly! I finally beaten the Warman8 Curse of the Mods and now I can play ( I hope) on Sunday, Yipiee!! :-)
