Apropos nothing, I did a little digging and the unit sizes are:

Huge: 150/120/80/40
Large: 112/90/60/30
Normal: 75/60/40/20
Small: 60/48/32/16

where the first number is spears etc; the second missiles/swords etc; the third is cav and the last is generals bodyguard.
