Playing a campaign with faction standings(except rebels) all set to 0 in descr_strat file?

I heard doing so might make AI more "reasonable" since no pre-defined bad blood between certain factions + allies.

Can anyone confirm this?

Well, I think some predefined hate is in order (England/France or England/Scotland) I dunno. Test it yourself :P

IIRC, 0 means neutral tendencies, neither good nor bad, positive means friendly (relatively speaking) tendencies, negative is "Let's go a'pillaging boys, piss on that alliance treaty!"
