Are you sure? I have not noticed this. Of course I don't have any gunpowder yet, but I do have ballista towers and they seem to be firing ballista bolts.

I am playing the game on Medium all around and it has been nothing less than enjoyable. I have set the timescale to six month turns and everything seems to be working just fine. I have not noticed
