So do you like Dark, Milk or White?
I love white. It is creamier and sweeter than any of the others. Sadly it brings me out in a terrible itchy rash so I only have it as a rare treat. What it your favourite?

White and Milk are abominations. Dark is the only true chocolate.
Nuts are also of Satan when included in any food unless made into a cream.
Chocolate should always be combined with fruit. Chocolate covered strawberries, raisins, apricots etc. Ice cream or whipped cream is a good addition as well.
Milk choclit.
Smooth and creamy white chocolate. Love it. On the other hand, I can't stand dark chocolate. Too bitter.

Did you say... chocolate?
Chocolate!
Dark is best. But the heavy duty 80%+ dark chocolate I only find really enjoyable with good booze. Champagne is best. A fruity dark beer works well too.
The 50% to 75% dark chocolates are great all the time. Which is often.
Milk chocolate is good in cookies and chocolate bars. Snickers bars are best. And few things in life beat a good old fashioned chocolate chip/oatmeal cookie like mom used to make.![]()
My old man had a thing for white chocolate almond bark. It's ok, but only in small portions.
Of course I will take this suitable opportunity to declare my Kingship of the Chocolate Cookie at the Org. I will take on and defeat any member, be they Admin of noob, who thinks they can best me in a chocolate cookie eating contest.
Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of chocolate I shall fear no cookie, because I am the most hungry son of a ***** in the valley!

I'll take that challenge. They used to give out cookies after church. Greedily, I would sneak as many as I could get my hands on. My record was 15 and we only usually stayed for the 10 mins it took my parents to drink their coffee.Originally Posted by Beirut

Dark Chocolate all the way baby! I also like mint-flavored chocolate products![]()
Dark Chocolate with nuts. Mmmm.
Hey, that's not nice yesdachi. I grew up in Hershey Pennsylvania. You're insulting my hometown.Originally Posted by yesdachi

I like dark chocolate and milk chocolate. White chocolate is nice around Easter. My absolute favourite though is the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. If peanut butter and jelly are a match made in heaven, then chocolate is surely PB's mistress.

Only chocolate of + 50% with a special liking for the 71%.
And I may sound patriotic but I do prefer Belgian chocolate. As far as I know it has the highest amount of natural cacao butter in it.

Chocolate goes best with COFFEE !
You put your bar of chocolate (BELGIAN chocolate off course, may I suggest Côte d'Or) in your hot cup of coffee, put the slightly melting piece of chocolate covered with coffee in your mouth and enjoy...
Cheese, preferably Maredsous cheese, is to be eaten with beer. Maybe add some slices of salami.
But not chocolate!![]()

My buddy bought me a beer called McCraken Flowers, a very dark, fruity beer. 9.5% octane. A bit of an aquired taste. Then he told me try it with some good dark chocolate. I did and it was pretty tasty.
Until you have imbibed expensive champagne and nibbled on good chocolate while keeping pleasent company, you are missing a crucial slice of life.

I have this bottle of dark Ename Trippel in my fridge and since tonight we're going to the supermarket, I'll buy a packet of Cote d'Or chocolate.
I'll give you the results of my little experiment asap.

It goes well with some wines as well, (very)dark chocolate with a good pinot noir, excellent.
Dark, as dark as possible. I like my chocolate just as I like my coffee, it has to be little in quantity and very concentrated.
This is not to say I do not enjoy the other kinds, but if given the choice, i will go for the darkest one available.

Bakers chocolate melted in water (or preferably milk). With just enough sugar to take the bite out of the bitterness. WOW! Powerful!![]()
