That's some good breeding. I haven't seen an heir at 16 that good since the original MTW.

I got one at 5-6 as well. I love it when that happens, most of the time you get a bunch of hopeless chumps. Specially now that governors are useless, having a big family makes a lot less sense. Ohh well at least I got a few dozen generals to throw around.
Any specific genetics research you'd care to share for breeding 6 star generals ?
This got me thnking of Tarek, the Arab who conquered Spain. I think he was young as well, can't remember the exact age, but I think he was in his teens, as was the general who landed in India. There a few young commanders in the early Arab armies.
He gave a good speech on landing at Jabel al Tarek (The rock of Tarek - Anglicised => Gibraltar)
"Remember that I place myself in the front of this glorious charge which I exhort you to make. At the moment when the two armies meet hand to hand, you will see me, never doubt it, seeking out this Roderick, tyrant of his people, challenging him to combat, if God is willing. If I perish after this, I will have had at least the satisfaction of delivering you, and you will easily find among you an experienced hero, to whom you can confidently give the task of directing you. But should I fall before I reach to Roderick, redouble your ardor, force yourselves to the attack and achieve the conquest of this country, in depriving him of life. With him dead, his soldiers will no longer defy you."

No it isn't an in game speech. Would be cool if it was... but no. Too long and it actually had someone's name.

Mark Twain 1881"If you don't want to work, become a reporter. That awful power, the public opinion of the nation, was created by a horde of self-complacent simpletons who failed at ditch digging and shoemaking and fetched up journalism on their way to the poorhouse."
That's only one paragraph... it's a long speech if you include the whole prayer and everything else. The guy liked to talk, apparently. (lol)
No offence![]()
