No video recording possible

Hello; I am wondering what should I do in order to record ( the Historical battles the Button video is blank...; ) I just can't find a way to us it
can you help
I am using RTW+ patch 1.2 +1.3+1.5 didn't put the 1.1

Do you mean everyone has the same blank button for the video;???
I was about to uninstall and reinstall to see if it does any better.

Sorry to ask about another misbehaviour in the RTTW programm, but I cannot make Custom battle from the game. After choosing the land, weather, etc... I turn the page and than there is no army at all to choose . Is that normal also with the other games ?
