Can they then train the order knights? I hope not, in fact I hope the building gets destroyed, but I haven't experienced it myself yet.

I captured a St.John's chapter house in a Hungarian provice. Did'nt try to train anything out of it though, just scrapped it for 666 Florins (IIRC). Interesting number for the scrap 6 6 6. It did not auto-destruct on occupation of the city, it had to be manually destroyed.
