Baktria - the coolest looking faction?
Just interested in other peoples opinions. Personally i think the Baktrians are the best looking faction. Their generals bodyguard look great with the bronze curiass, the boeotan like helmet, and the palm leaf(i think thats what it is) on their back. They get the Baktrioi Hippakontistai, Agema(i love the helmet and cuirass on those 2 units), those Indo-Greek Hoplites, plus a great mix of hellenic, eastern and steppe units.

My favourite would have to be the casse, if only because of the easy access to the regional units found in Ireland. Their own units are nice and colourful (looking like a real 'barbarian' army)and their chariots are actually useful.

The chequerboard pattern on the Casse Mala Gaeroas' pants is certainly... arresting.
But with all their colourful clothes, war paint and at times borderline psychedelic shield decorations the Casse troops are certainly very visually striking - which is doubtless the whole point.

Even though I`ve never played with them, I think the brits get the palm for the most beautiful skinned units. Their body paintings are really exceptional.

Lusted, I am sorry, no. The most cool of the units you see were made by Spartan Warrior. Hoplitai Indoi, (and its Saka version Hoplitai Hellenikoi) and more. We are waiting for him to finish that unit. What this is, you will have to wait and see. If you can believe one thing, believe this. IT IS WORTH IT. WELL WORTH IT.
I must say that I am a bit partial to Indohellenikoi Peltastai. Just love them.

The Saka Hoplitai Hellenikoi and the classical Hoplitai were made by Spirit_Of_Rob.

I hate the Bactrians. (Like the vanilla Julii hated the gauls.)(Nothing against the team, I just hate all Bactrians in all mods, in fact they look cool...)

The Saka variant of the Hoplitai Indo is not the Hoplitai Hellenikoi, and was in fact done by Spartan.Hoplitai Indoi, (and its Saka version Hoplitai Hellenikoi)

I normally don't bother with cavalry--massed heavy peltasts of some description is my usual thing when not playing rome, but my getai have some tarabostes now just cos I think they look so good.
It's not a map.
