Quick fix for Massilian Hoplites pls?

I am currently playing an Arverni campaign and I am currently waging war against the Romani around Massilia. Can someone pls tell me what to do to fix the Massilian hoplites so that I can recrui them safely?

I thought they were only for Koinon Hellenon.

Massiloi Hoplitai is a regional and merc celtic-influenced hoplite unit recruitable by Aedui, Arverni and Koinon Hellenon in Massalia.

It is not a reskin of any unit.

Fix:

Add mercenary_unit to the second entry in EDU. You should have the entries like this:
