To be fair, they only missed their release deadline by 6 days. Thats actually pretty good going, if you look at the record of more 'professional' organisations...
The fact that they actually delivered what they promised, and then some, and didnt double the costs while they were at it (!) puts them leagues ahead of such groups. For example (apologies for using a local analogy) The Bath Spa project was 3 YEARS late, and a trifling £30 million over budget...
