This seems a bit strange to me

Penteconterai Fleet 52 Men
2500 Recruitment Cost
700 Upkeep

in contrast to

Casse:
Pontomora Fleet 52 Men
6000 Recruitment Cost
1500 Upkeep

Maybe this is intentional because ships are more costly for a people like the casse. But it just doesnt look right, especially when you see the pictures of the noble Seleukian Fleet and the the picture of the Pontomora Fleet.
