what is your favorite rome faction? why? did you ever fight a heroic battle with them?

Mine is the Selucids at the moment. They start out under the worst circumstances. You only get to take a few turns before they start attacking. Armeina, Egypt, Pontus, and Parthia. Later on the Greeks might attack.

My favorite heroic battle was against the Scipii. They attacked me with 3 half stacked armies. I was besieging Thappus and they came at me from all sides. The first to attack was the force in the city. They were easy because they kept routing. Then they came from the left so I split my forces and attacked. That took awhile. In the meanwhile the right force attacked. That was a lenghthy battle BUT I won with little losses and took the city.
