I now realise where the animosity comes in, my Hitler remark:

"it is for all those with a mindset of Alexander the Great, Military genius of Hannibal (during his time in Italy and Spain before returning to Africa), and the utter essence of Adolf Hiter in that we want a lot of Lebensraum for our nationaly superior forces".

I would like to explain myself before people think that I am a Hitler supporter. I deeply apologise for any emotional hurt this has caused anyone. All hate mail I may receive for that I fully accept with no questions asked.
My sense of humour is just different. With certain things happening to me at certain times affecting me differently I took on a different approach to life, I tend to look at causes behind effects (Consider this, Achillies parents did not invite Iris to their wedding, thus the golden apple came into being thus the fighting between Hera, Athena and Aphrodite, thus Paris was the judge we all know what happened in the following ten years at Troy, if his parents had invited Iris, no golden apple, no war, no achillies, ultimately [if indirectly] his parents were resposible for his death).

Hitler wanted two things a world free of Jews, and living space for his 'racially superior nation.
The point of that part of thread is just to say that we all have our favourite factions which we believe that under our care is better than the others (AI controlled), it was not that we want to commit mass genocide on the innocent, I was only looking at it from the military perspective, the only way to gain more "living space" isconquer new teritory, with that new teritory comes more wealth etc.

Also I would like to state most vehemently is that I DO NOT SUPPORT the idea of mass murder of those whose only crime it was was to be a certain religion, same scenario with the Hutu and Tutsis in Rwanda, That is not on for me, especially when that religion is Judaism (I am Jewish).

Once again I deeply apologise for any misunderstandings and fully accept any hate mail that I may receive, I take with no questions asked.

I realise that this post has little (rather nothing) to do with any of the TW games, I do,however, feel that all those who read my post deserve an explantion of what I meant.
Please note that I do have immense respect for all cultures and an open mind,
I promise to triple check any of my posts for underlying insults.
P.S. This is very out of line but I feel that there may some people who are immensely angry with and as such I offer this thread as a place to vent your anger to me (but only to me, using this part of the thread to justify an indirect attack on anyone else especially moderators is not on), but please keep the above explantion in mind when venting your anger.
P.P.S. for all those who have read that post please not that I am a male and that was another example of my kind of humour (I felt it kept in tune with the whole drooling teenage zombie thing)

If you want to vent anger towards spart, re-read his post first. Also, spart does no have the authority to clear others from abiding the Forum Rules. Which means this thread is subject to the Forum Rules like any other, no flaming, no swearing etc.

I have no idea what this really is about, but if you say something like:
Alexander, Ceasar (the heroes of some of the people here) wanted the same as Hitler - as that's what in essence is your post. You will have to explain (as you did), come with some example, etc etc, and then yes you're right I simply can't disagree.
But added on is that some of the people that still life are still confronted with what "Hitler" did to them, that's why they can get hurt.
Hitler is not the past, Hannibal, Ceasar and Alexander are, we don't exactly know what they did, and we only judge them by their good things. That's completely opposite to Hitler, we only judge him by his bad things. We won't remember he gave the Germans jobs again, everyone a Volkswagen etc etc. In 2000 years time Hitler will be viewed pretty differently.

I think Spart just explained himself, no need to vent anger on him. But yes taking Hitler into something about the "heroes" Hannibal and Alexander is not something we do everyday
