Spart, you might like this mod. I played it in between EB 0.74 and EB 0.8.
Terrae Expugnandae 5.1 - good mod, satisfying game play, good skins and quite addictive.

Of course I can't dismiss my own favourite:
EB 0.8 - four turns per year, but who cares! One of the best TW mods around.
