bug in the caspian

i think there is a bug with naval trade in the caspian sea. i have two provinces there, but they produce no sea trade

i was playing as hayasdan. i did have trade in the black sea but not in the caspian i control aghvank, and adurbadakan on the caspian coast

Ok, there went my idea.

Can you post this issue in the map thread in Multimedia Development subfora of EBH artavazd? Uranos can take a look at it and see if he can see any potential problems with it.

I assume you are getting this info from looking at your city trade screens? Also, are there no little trade ships moving between your ports? And lastly, are there other factions (who you are at peace with) that have ports on the Caspian? If you don't know that last, then use the ~ key to bring up the command screen (the same key will make the screen disappear) and type in toggle_fow <enter> to reveal the whole map. You can rehide the map using the same command.

no i see no sea trade in my city trade screen, no there are no little ships moving about, and yes i am at peace with parthia and sarmatia.

maybe if i conquer hyrcania ( sorry for the bad spelling the province i northern iran bordering the caspian) maybe it will open trade?? i dont know

Well it sounds bad already, but if you are at peace with Parthia and Sauromatae AND have trade agreements with them AND they have ports AND you see no little ships moving....well, THEN we definitely have a problem!

(BTW, do you see ANY ships moving in the Caspian?)

I believe the lowest have trade ships avaible:1 no?
Well when I was testing Blue lotus I found out that you minumum had to have trade fleets avaible: 2 to be able to trade. (apparantly you need to halve the number of trade fleets to get the number of trade routes you'll get. At least so it seemed.) I may be wrong but I think it's like that.
