Thank you gentlemen, you must have misread the category for which i was up for . . . it was NOT for the most ornery-able, it was for the most honorable. I would like to state that there are many honorable players in the Shogun community. If you have ever played any other game, you will see that, on the whole, Shogun players are more considerate and, in my opinion, more mature than those of other games. I am very honored to have you all as my gaming friends and hope that the new game will bring an increased interest in our community. Take care guys, Elmarko Of Fearful Ways

I'd like to thank the members of the Academy Award, My mom and dad, some anonymous guy from the past for inventing the beer that helped me through all this, my little girl for not wetting her diapers while I was in the middle of updating my site, CA/EA/DT for delivering the game that needed my support, my girlfriend for buying me the game, Edet for very soft toilet paper, and... I know I'm forgetting something... damn... errr....

YES! Got it!! You guys for voting for me. Bribes will be paid next time the wages come in.

BUT!! Let's not forget Sonic Nights for putting up the Hall of Fame in the first place and Beowulf and Tabsquare for the ASP programming.

There definitely needs to be more nominations at a later date + there were plenty of categories that weren't covered in round one.

We'll give sonic_nights the goose in a few months and get him to put forth a new round of voting. It looks like the project was a big success for Shogun Zone so I'm sure they'll be happy to run it again.

Hi, everyone, sorry for posting something only now but The last days I've been in front of my pc very little time
first of all, many thanks go to all the people that voted on the hall of fame, many votes came in and though not all the categories were equally voted, I'm really happy about it considering taht the community isn't that large.
Congratulations to the winners (Magy is the big winner ahah ) and as I said before, many more palyers and clans should have been nominated but I prefered to let the players vote.
As Kurando says (btw, the pic idea is great ), the project will surely be redone some time after the addon comes out and new categories will surely be added, especially considering the new editing possibilities that the map-editor will bring.
Well, that's all, I'm really glad you enjoyed the Hall of Fame and we were happy to do it! byeee!

I remember an aeon ago soly offered his respect to STW's euro element in affect saying: "...you guys (euros) are what gave STW is lasting value, otherwise the game would have been dead within a few months."

I couldn't agree more; the community, (not to mention .org), would be nothing without you guys; you rule, totally!

The only question I have is: what is with the Renegade Hawaiian STW element?? -It seems like we have about half a dozen regulars running around here reeking of pineapple: Banzai_Zap, ShaiHulud, Kyu_Jutaro, and BakaGaijin just to name a few!?

Or, apparently, if TW2 were based on the unifying campaigns of Kamehameha the Great.

As for the NUMBER of Hawaiians in the community, it may or may not be related to the large proportion of the population of these islands (Oahu, anyway) which is by Japanese. Oddly enough, though, I'm not Japanese, and I don't think Shai is, either. Probably more of a island culture thing. There are Japanese people everywhere here.

Dutch: carrying on the fine tradition of influence all out of proportion to the size of their country.

    Nomination for the future:
